Whilst I agree with you drought breaker I must make mention that it did settle on the higher parts of Gisborne with a dusting to a cm at around 8pm Friday night, which is still quite impressive for any timeframe.

Should of drove a little further and checked out Mt Macedon while we were up that way.[/quote] Down to -2.8 here, still plenty of snow above 850m on Macedon I suspect the top will still ...

Hey guys really enthusiastic about this one, just wondering if there's any chance of snow at my elevation for this system and what would be the best time for a snow chase!

Re: Showers and another cold blast 15-20 July

Just went for a walk 3.2C icy rain, heavy at times with a few odd looking raindrops. Just a tad to warm! Game on 550m plus Macedonian 10 minutes and you'll be in heavy snow

I can't see much for this weekend but
It looks unreal! 5400 line touching QLD at the 5200 line up inline with Tasmania, Macedon ranges could be in for the first real crack of the year if that holds. We will have to wait and see

Re: Vic: Low pressure - showers/rain/storms - 8-13 April 201

Rain gauge says 50mm for us and it keeps coming, too bad it is a couple of weeks too early as my new tank isnt ready yet. that's a crazy discrepancy between what Gisborne had and Trentham we only managed 22mm for the entire event. What happened to the rain today it was 20-45mm when I went to bed ...

Hahaha classic radar hole!!, I think bom is being a little conservative with totals I would have thought 10-25 instead of 6-20 but it remains to be seen. Horsham is going to cop a lot more than that in the coming days :D
