The run now up till the 15th of the month is basically 16 degrees every day. Just so depressing in Southern Tasmania.

Re: Becoming mild and windy, followed by a showery change: 3-8 August.

18C here today. Just enough rain to wet the roads. Fortunately not much wind. For what it’s worth, Hobart’s forecast puts us around warmest August on record come mid month. Not really what you want to see after the warmest July on record. Feels like winter has just disappeared. Maybe second half of...

Re: Becoming mild and windy, followed by a showery change: 3-8 August.

Considering what’s happening globally and now in the far South America where Winter temperatures are happening around 10c above average which is like Sydney having a 30c day in July we are sort of lucky so far. Just massive highs over Australia continuing for the 7-10 days at least it’s basically ri...

Another plus 18c day in south Tasmania October just rolls on. Everyone in the neighbourhood going about Spring chores.
No surprise though the Global Temperature records are being smashed for July according to various news sources.

Looking very likely Hobart will break its overnight minimum average as well set in 1930 @ 6.6 c currently running at 7.4 c with only warm nights ahead .
Not as bad as in Huon valley we are at 4.4 c over average atm

18.1 degrees for us today average is 12.6 and it’s still 15c outside.

Sure hope we are not going to have a cold season of continual blocking Highs .
Takes the fun out of big cold fronts and keeps them way south even in Tassie
I can’t wait for the next front I’m bored of the sunny days already ;)
