Not sure is this the best place for this question, but looks like "Landphoon Esther" may strengthen/drop in pressure while still over land... albeit with plenty of inflow from off coast (currently showing on EC via Windy.com, Sunday 1st around 5am). Is that unusual? Can anyone educate me o...
