Impressive clip John. I love that you can hear the hail roar as you go through the first 30s!!

There are a few clips from Ocean Reef starting to appear which shows the real intense wind and hail core.

One of the more impressive thunderstorms

Thanks for the credits guys! ;) You people are deff. an encouragement! Yeah I wanted to get closer to that feature which meant going east towards Moora. But when I saw the shelf I thought I'd get the vid and pics and then realised it was moving quick and too late to keep going as it prob. would have gobbled me up while i was driving lol.

So part 2 of the report. Sorry for the wait, finally got hold of the only laptop we have, lol. As the cell was a little way off, i wanted to go east to try and get closer to seeing where that funnel was. So the only road I knew of was the one between Badgingarra and Moora. I got about 30km's (half way) and saw this delicious view:

Vid:
(Thought I'd post it again to keep it within the report ;))

You could hear the roar coming! I stood outside and got smacked by the wind, boy it was strong! Eventually retreated in the car once the heavy shower mixed with 2-3cm hail came shortly. Visibility went down to around 1m. After about 20-30mins headed back towards perth, before getting to Badgingarra, got some run off:

So an awesome first chase since coming over from VIC! looks like SW WA deff. got the well deserved hit after so many days without rainfall.
Thanks again for comments! cheers
