Bit milder and more humid air moved in here overnight with a few light showers. There is a little front for tomorrow morning so the odd shower to come, which will become more numerous for a while. Monster high for a day or two, but thankfully this one moves pretty quickly (which is odd ).
New thread time nearly for a long stretch of nwly winds with a series of troughs, then finally a swly change. Could add up quite well on the immediate coast and northern slopes. Quite mild so more likey rain than snow, until mid to late week.

Yes HB looks ok for those areas mentioned
The west coast could do particularly well for next week
Next to nothing for central areas (imo)
due to The Northerly- hence rainshadowing
Showery foggy night with 4mm. Nice little top up, pushing the event past 25mm. Still a couple more mms to couple.
New thread time. It is looking better on the progs with quite a wet spell. Could add up significantly on the alps, though being a warm system won’t be good for the snow bunnies. This starts in Perth today with a Totla Fire Baan for them and Severe Fire warning (they’ve just clocked their driest start to a year on record). That should change in the next two days
