About 20mm here all up. Not remarkable but decent.

Really would like a good thunderstorm sometime soon. Though we usually have to wait until Nov.

That is fantastic :)!
We have a little one with a birthdate of 9/10/9. Was hoping for 9/9/9 but not to be 😳

2mm more since last report. MTD is about 80mm.

Amazing rainfall event so many right around Vic had good falls, EVERYONE had more than 10mm, with most getting 20-40mm and a few 100mm plus HUGE. :D :D :D :D
Great to see many of the farming communties do so well in the West and North just esatern Mallee missed out on soaking falls and east gippy.

Those in SW Vic and NE Vic had 80-120mm huge falls, with many rivers in flood across much of the state.
LOTS of flooding arcoss the state atm with many rivers with Minor Flooding and a couple at Moderate Flood stage in the NE a sign of things to come in coming Months. :D

East of Melb had 20-40mm isol 60mm and west 5 to 10mm including city driest in state
Only 12mm here, 26mm for the week lot less than i thought but dont need it so all good

Quite now for awhile, next front late next week with some more rain, possible storms, but fair bit of model uncertainity around that.

Mild and Sightly unstable at times over coming week something to watch for isol heavy shower and weak thunderstroms about, but no big event on the horzion.

Finished with 37mm here. Shame about the rain shadow yesterday, which was enhanced with the strong westerly wind. But all said, it’s still a good start to the month. Certainly looking forward to less wind. Dead calm here now!

Even if your birth date runs in numbers or is close to running in numbers,
Husband still doesn't know when it is..

happy birthday to the October kids.
I've got a __\07\07. Whom loves the weather..

Tipped out 19mm HB just up the hill with 12mm more.
so about 45mm I'm pretty happy with, and managed to be outside working every day..

Now weed control.

One last trough for today. Not a lot in it, maybe a mm or two. It is a little unstable so should be a bit lumpy. Not entirely out of the question that there could be a rumble with LI locally dropping to -1 to -2, particularly north central.

Next week looks warm, humid and showers/storms. Could add up again. EC, GFS and CMC all showing significant falls, though not agree exactly where. Nice to have La Niña back :D

Btw didn’t really feel cold enough for it but a bit of snow in the alps last 36 hours. Shame we can’t get up for a look :(

That trough went missing :( Had a few cumulus and a couple of showers in the Yarra Valley but that was it.

New thread time. Progs looking good for another solid statewide event.
