After seeing the hail in Bendigo, all cars undercover, even if they needed a wash..
Still dry but has that tinge.

Hooley Dooley. We didn't get the hail, but 43mm this far.
Mad storms. Lots of flash flooding around.

The Yarra Valley core was insane - everything went green, then completely dark outside
Not sure what hit, but the winds were anything but straight-line and pea-sized hail
Still thundering away here

Power is back on. It’s still raining and thundering here. That’s about 3 hours now. The lightning has been very close at times, with big overhead bangs. Just had another one shake the windows a few moments ago. Looks like it will clear from here soon. A lot more rain than I had expected - now 52mm.
Sounds like the yarra valley was hit hard, as well as Bendigo and Ballarat.

Warm a sticky here with a bit of drizzle. Clouds sat near sea level early but around 500m this arvo. Not our day.
Some crazy totals scattered round Melbourne and north central with quite a few 50-80mm falls most falling in an hour or two. Good pick by the progs.
Tomorrow looks a bit iffy to me for here, but hoping to get a few mms. Part B for around Monday looks much better.

Well, 45mm today. We've had an incredible 138mm since Christmas Eve. It certainly keeps the lawns green and the plants happy.
Next Monday, yeah...
