16.5mm so far since midnight. Will prob crack the 25mm by midnight tonight. Looks like we will be getting our predicted 100-150mm over the coming few days. What a year.
Hi Mutley, thanks for the heads up. Now I have the software installed, done the syncro and I suppose now my question is how do I get it up on the web? FTP/TCP/ISP it's all foreign to me. I have a domain (website) that I run for my business, is it easier for me to run it off the as a separate page? I...
Hi guys, quick one for you... or maybe not so quick.. I have recently purchased the WS-2308 La Crosse PRO and was wondering if any one currently uses one and has a live page that updates on the net? I already have a web site so that is no dramas, what I am asking is does anyone also run one (live on...
Got a cell at the moment moving very slowly SSE from 5 kilometers due east of Seymour. So if you are one of the lucky ones between Healesville/Kinglake area, you should see some nice anviles. It has a nice shape to it, some CG's and nice mammatus too. No visible rotation, but plenty of rain. Lots of...
Anyone around the Seymour area interested in a chase on Friday or Saturday if conditions persist, let me know. Free the whole weekend from 9am Fri until 9am Mon.
I think we might be short of a storm this weekend. Next weekend is already looking the goods for some isolated thunderstorm activity. After a week in the low 30's something should start to happen by Friday at the earliest.
Just saw some really nice clouds over the last couple of days. Not the sort that would make me want to chase them in the hope for a CG or the like, but nice all the same. /cry.... :-( Hit the highest hill in Seymour only to see a heap of activity and within 10 minutes was washed out... :-( Oh well. Still some good consistant rain had about 10mm in the last 30 minutes so all is looking good for a drenching. violet is up looking at the squall lines heading towards Albu...
Hope what the radar is saying is true. Looking good for some nice storms to roll on over Seymour. Still a medium (10-15 knot) Southerly blowing the low level cloud Northwards, but the medium and higher level clouds look to me moving Southwards. Fingers are still crossed for a bit of action in about ...
I am still keeping my fingers crossed for the Northern system to make its way down from Hay to go across Seymour. If anything, we will in for a nice lightning display. As my daughter often states "Please stay away sheep lightning". lol. We got nice chilly Southerly's blowing through Seymou...
