Think it's time to sleep. Lightning is non-existent now....thunder is infrequent and the rain is moderate.

Great night of storms...but some bolts a bit too close for comfort. G'night.

Highly inconvenient that the storms have to come in the early hours of the morning. But that's nature for you.

Radar making it look better than what it is. However, no storm isn't unwelcomed. Nice little surprise.

Saw a massive crawler about 5 min ago. Infrequent lightning but certainly delayed booming thunder. Nice little surprise

Can anyone report on the current radar for those under it? Anything exciting?

EDIT - I heard something then too Geoff...wasn't really paying too much attention to it thought. Presumed it was an aeroplane.

Still a little way off here. Distant flashes to the west...nothing overly exciting. Distant thunder. However, from all reports looks like we'll get something decent here too.

Rumbling away over the Dandenongs at the moment...nice sound.

Warning mentions Scoresby as being affected by the storm but thinking it may slide just to our east. More to come no doubt.

Made the trip up the Hume to Glenrowan today, planning on seeing Ess v St K game in Wangaratta but my team is too soft to bus it up here... Anyway, the rain up here has been insane. Non stop all day!!! Staying up here for a few days. Will post anything decent I get weatherwise from here when I get h...

Hmmm I'm sitting on my back door step looking at the cell east of Scoresby which should be pouring on us but it's not...doesn't even look like rain is falling from it, but I'm inexperienced with this stuff.

Down here at Apollo Bay for a few days...on and off showers here....heavy at times. First camping experience is certainly interesting weatherwise

They just don't stop...#8 today rolling in! All CC but very nice to watch and great thunder too !
