The Whitsundays rain has moved south to us, last night some huge falls highest 260mm since midnight was recorded at Mackay's Northern Beaches. 163.4mm in 24hrs to 7am. 55mm midnight to 7am. People in the Proserpine/Airlie Beach area are reporting 400mm in 48hrs, that huge rainfall!

Well it's still raining...... Today from midnight 36mm, 174.6mm in the last 3 days, nearby at Finch Hatton Gorge had over 200mm overnight. Everything is just soooo wet, as I have been typing we cracked 1m for March. 2.30pm - Temp 23C, wind 14km/hr, gusting up to 43.5km/hr, 1012.8hPa, 97% humidity.

RWM you should have no problems getting your 18mm with the predicted rainfall over the weekend. Had another storm this afternoon 175.2mm since midnight, a little bit wet here

Storms were mainly to the south of us yesterday, but supposed to be moving north over the next couple of days. I'm hoping for storms too 'boxsey'.

Howz the weather in Townsville? Today we had some showers 20.8mm up until around 7pm, then it just bucketed down 32.2mm in 30mins, at one stage rain rate of 174.6mm/hr.
