A nice little multicell cluster cruising into the bay towards Melbourne.... if there is some sunny breaks down there, these little clusters will be rumbling this arvo

Looking at the direction of flow on the radar I'd say this little squall line passing through the CBD is the change from a westerly flow to a more southwesterly, and thus colder flow. Now things should begin to get interesting for us on the east side.

Just had some low rumbling sound emanating from the sky, I think it might be something called "thunder"

Had some thunder, now the sun is out,
The fences have been steaming.. my son couldn't understand the steam out of the top of the fence..
maybe about 6mm now.. still outside..

Cracking little storm up here. Lots of flangs, pea size hail and heavy rain. Almost 11mm, with a juicy bay stream setting up.
Max here of just 10.8C. That's very chilly for February, and coldest February day here since 1996

Snow at Baw Baw. Not surprised.
7C here ATM and just had another heavy hail shower.
Btw hot on Wednesday likely to get near 40C at Mildura and well into the 30s in the south... unbelievable
