-14th Coldest April on record in regard to Maximum temps for Australia thats on the back of the Coldest March on record (in regard to Maximum temps) & 5th Coolest February on record in regard to Maximum temps.

-10th Coldest April on record in regard to Minimum temps.. (Hmm I don't think the AGW clan can blame the cloud and rain this month considering Night time temps rate in the top 10 coldest across the Country)

-Northern Territory had its 4th Coldest April on record in regard to Maximum temps

-Northern Territory had its Coldest April on record in regard to Minimum temps beating the 1950 record

Indeed its definitely cooler this year than last globally, and i expect to see a vicious spring in Southern Oz, with tornadoes a much better chance and not unlike what we have seen in Auckland this week. If the water stays warm through SW WA it sets up us for a brutal onslaught through the spring..

This is gonna shock few people but 8 out of the past 9 months (Bar January) Australia has been colder than normal constantly recording below average (Mean) temps as a whole since August last Year and the way things are going this month (May) may be added onto that list which would make it 9 out of the past 10 months

For the 23rd time in a row, the BOM seasonal predictions are proving to be a waste of time. As Andrew has pointed out many times its better to ignore such forecasts as they are merely geusswork. Warwick Hughes has detailed this yet again.

BoM Autumn Outlooks mostly wrong again – nights predicted way too warm.
June 3rd, 2011 by Warwick Hughes

Once again 3 months of real weather has shown the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) Outlook predictions produced every month looking ahead three months – are mostly wrong.

In the first panel I compare the Maximum Temperature Outlook on the left with real world weather result to the right. The SE and Tasmania was predicted to have warm days but failed with cool anomalies ruling. The warmth in SW WA was unsuspected by the BoM. Also the focus of cool anomalies in the NW of Australia was also completely missed by the BoM model.

Obviously the predicted cool patch in Eastern Australia would score some points out of the result – but I think on balance a less than 50% score.

Image

The Minimum Temperature result is far worse with the model predicting anomalously warm nights over vast areas of the continent – except for a cool patch in the NW.

As we see in the right hand map, in fact the vast majority of Australia enjoyed anomalously cool nights – exactly opposite to BoM model expectations – and the deepest cool anomaly was over Queensland, not the NW. I would estimate this score at well under 50%.

Image

Note the BoM media release about the record cold autumn, possibly a 94 year record since 1917.

2012, and the global temps coninue to plunge, now well into the negatives. And as i continually stated to warmist 3 years ago, time is against the AGW movement, because as time goes on, temps continue to drop while Co2 skyrockets. Colder PDo is starting to show in the temps, and we will slowly edge down over the next 30 years or so.

I will repeat again, there is no warming since 1998, despite Co2 emissions going through the roof.

If we continue to have reporters reporting these stories because they are told too by the government, the ice age that is coming will be a total shock to them.

First because they are all corrupt alarmists, and second because they are paid to have this agenda.

We measure UHI every night of the year for gods sake. Its a disgrace.

Then again, this is what we expect from corrupt organisations such as the BOM, NOAA, NIWA and the list goes on.

If James Hansen, David Jones, Phil Jones, Michael Mann, Ian Trenberth etc etc had any integrity at all, which they dont, they would all resign en masse as the climate is now bending them over and tearing them several new ones. The proof being that almost all of the IPCC Ar4 report is completely wrong.

Heres but one example, HADCRUT 3m which we know is highly adjusted and corrupted, is now well below all 23 climate models used in the report. Print it off if you run out of toilet paper.

And then for good measure, the BOM have been busy with "Frostgate"

And the trend continues. temps are slowly falling and will accelerate once the AMO goes cold.

However, this is not what the experts told us would happen.

At the moment we are miles under Scenario C, and thats with Hansen adjusting to the tune of 3 times what he is telling us.

As a reminder, Scenario C was zero emissions after the year 2000.
