I won my own personal goal. but I didnt win the cash..
Winner was a man at 11.3% 11.8kg follwed by another lady 11.1% and I was at 9.5%.
still Im pretty bloody impressed.. now not to blow it.. as this is day 2 of being off.
yesterday had a pig out on the dairy, tonight having a few sipps... im back onto it soon tho..
had wed off with no exercise as you know I have had one flat out week, got back to it today,
class was. 50 burpees, 50 froggies, 50 pushup, 50 thrusters, 50 get ups, 100 mountain climbers, 100 high knee's, 100 elbow to knee violets ups. then a run with 50 pulse squatts then back for the second drill with gloves on, then after second drill was a boxing session.. had to be there to appreciate the over 500 caleries that a few girls noted with the heart rate monitors..
So... who is hiding.. ?? not many comments from the back stalls..???

CONGRATULATIONS!!! That is an excellent effort!! And let me just say that session that followed was harsh! But certainly will keep the results coming!

Pig out and then back to it! My motto!!

I ran 8km in 34mins last night and ended up doing some weights and that was all my body could handle. Had a reasonable day of eating and it is great to have so much energy!

Back to it this afternoon ahead of a dinner and a half tonight!

Wow your running time is great.
Did Fridays class it's with a different instructor fair amount of kicking which was great
Have to put some practice into those side kicks.
No class today exercise will be some mowing see how they day pans out.
Mondays class is in the new building. Can't wait.
Eating will be better once my drop in family members either eat all the cake
Or take it home with them. The mince tarts got the better of me had 2.
My next challenge is with a friend -4kg by 21st dec.

Smashed it the last few days with 40km of running and light eating. I am feeling great for it.

More work this week and personally moving towards the 20kg goal.

&*^^%$$@#### meaning that I have so many reps to catch up on..
steps this morning.. managed to do a fair amount of running, up steps down the outside track running more than 2/3 way down, last leg slwoed down when felt softening in my lower back and took in the fauna, and on that note, there is going to be trouble this year, snakes and fires, the grass is still green but after this bit of heat - its long and thick..
Few snakes and big boys noted at Mansfield over the few times ppl had been there, one big tiger and a very aggressive brown.
ok. off to mow b4 it gets too hot and I eat evry single nut in the house..

Have pretty much stopped doing reps,
this week I have done a 5.15 class and will go saturday morning,
after the last many months, its slow down time, putting time into kinder and prep transition.
previous week had a loss and last week a gain of 0.9, this week trying to be extra good,
although last week has so many celebrations on.. I am NOT going to undo all my good work,
well not before xmas hits thats for sure.. think the aim is to at least do 3 exercises a week then get back into flat out once time allows.
anyone else..?

5 Loss is better than a 5 GAIN>>> :o
Hows the Breath going Lily..? got that all sorted, if so you can come JOIN me at Boxing, have some 10 day pass's that are valid till march, Karl doesnt want his... :P
So went sat 7.30am before the heat, had to go back monday 9.30 as was feeling wobbly and grumpy and just had to get my fix of exercise, will be back there tonight.
had some incouragement and am back doing REPS, 10 days to go so have to double up on the remaing days and maybe a tripple here and there to knock the 20,000 on the head by dec 21.. so no time for foruming to myself... Im onto it..
Loving this weather and I hope this rain comes off although we have a bbq to go to mid day.. get in grab a snag and run I think..

Would have loved to Shell, unfortunately I'm still having trouble walking upstairs, never mind doing anything else :|

But the good news is I've managed to stay out of hospital for over a month now - woohoo! ;)
