4 out of the last 5 months have been below ave. June just made it. Lucky really we would be swimming otherwise

bad news is that my weather station (that is supposed to store a year's info) has not stored the last 9 months, and has now crapped itself and lost month to date. Ah well.
good news? My garden is finally starting to dry out and I can cut the grass without it turning to mush

Vict Pt Oct rain -24.2mm ( Oct av. 85 ), YTD 1262.2mm ( av 1092 ).
Interestingly if the well below average trend continues through Nov, the annual total would then be below average for the first time this year..

42 mm for October (well below average)
Ytd 793 mm (a whisker over our 15 yr annual average).
Looks like October in nearby Ballarat was bang on average for temps with minimums 0.6 C below average and maximums 0.6 C above.
November off to a good start with 11 mm so far.

Thankyou for your figures boys and girls.
Gordon can you check your YTD total again, I have you at 783mm not 793mm. Thanks.
You need rain RWM , looking better for you by mid-month onwards, going by the models.
Geoff
